Complaints/Sales return
Complaints (sales return) should be notified at the latest within 14 days after receipt of your order. You are obliged to contact us before returning anything. Wrong deliveries or faulty goods will be exchanged if this is impossibility we will refund you after receipt of the goods. Additional claims to us do not exist. Only products returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order will be refunded, provided the product has not been opened and the protection wrap is in place. The cost of shipping is not included in refund. Probiotics or any items requiring refrigeration may not be returned at any time. We will not accept returns or refunds for heat sensitive products that arrives warm.

Please add your invoice number, or a copy of your invoice, to identify your returns together with the unopened product(s).
Compensation
We are only liable for indemnity in case of intent or gross neglingence.

For all agreements and legal relationships of the contracting parties applies exclusively Dutch law.
