The fatty acid monolaurin is derived from lauric acid and is formed naturally in the human body in small quantities. Dosage and use:

Take 1-2 pumps as needed. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing.

May be mixed into water.

Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals.
