The Science Behind the Product:
Enhanced Sleep® without Melatonin contains two natural compounds that can promote better sleep and youthful appearance. First compound is Bioactive Milk Peptides are popularly used in Europe to promote good and restful sleep patterns. Published studies present that this compound can also promote relaxation, support daytime cognition and help with stress [28-30]. Researchers published a study about women who experienced sleep-related difficulties. Sixty-three women participated in the study. It was revealed that 65.5% of women experienced improvement in their symptoms with 150 mg per day of bioactive milk peptides [31]. In another similar study men and women who took 150 mg per day of bioactive milk peptides for one month experienced a 50% improvement in sleep quality [32]. Additionally, study participants needed 30% less time to fall asleep after 4 weeks [32].
Sendara® is a nutrient complex that consists of ashwagandha and Indian gooseberry extracts. These plant-based compounds acquired essential clinical validation.
