Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands. We ship to all EU member states, as well as Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Serbia, the United Arab Emirates and the Canary Islands. Free standard shipping is available on all orders of €99 or more.
Shipping Rates
A flat shipping rate applies based on your destination, displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. No additional charges are applied for backordered items within the same order.
Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched promptly on business days. EU deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days from dispatch. For non-EU destinations, please allow 3–14 business days, as additional time may be required for customs clearance. A tracking link will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Product Availability
In-stock items are dispatched promptly. If a product is temporarily out of stock — due to high demand or because it is a specialist item for which we prioritise freshness and long shelf life — we aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 weeks. As we receive new shipments regularly, the wait is often shorter. If we are unable to restock within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel that part of the order and issue a full refund. You will be notified by email.
Customs & Import
For shipments to non-EU destinations — including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, the United Arab Emirates and the Canary Islands — customs clearance may be required upon arrival. Any applicable duties, import taxes or local delivery surcharges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about applicable regulations.
