Suggested Use

Adults: Start with one adult scoop (0.8 gram, 160 billion CFUs) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Dissolve the powder in a glass of de-chlorinated water and drink. Do this once daily for 3-5 days. If desired, gradually increase to two scoops daily, one in the morning and one at bedtime. The maximum recommended dosage is four adult scoops per day.
