How can I change the language of the website?
You can change the website language by clicking the flag icon in the top ribbon. English, Hungarian, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch are currently available.

How can I place an order?
Visit vita-store.eu, browse or search for products, and click “Add to Cart”. You can checkout as a guest or create an account. Enter your shipping address, review your order, and choose your preferred payment method. Once payment has been completed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

How can I pay?
We accept credit and debit card payments via Stripe, iDEAL, Google Pay, bank transfer, and other locally available payment methods depending on your country and device. For bank transfers, orders are processed once payment has been received — please include your order reference in the payment details.

Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe using SSL/TLS encryption. We comply with PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements. You may be asked to approve your payment using an SMS code, authentication app, or biometric verification.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country and are clearly displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over €99. Please see our Shipping Information page for further details.

Why does the product price change after entering the shipping address?
All prices displayed on the website include VAT. Once you enter your shipping address, our system automatically applies the VAT rate applicable in the destination country in accordance with EU OSS regulations.

How long does delivery take?
Orders within the EU usually arrive within 3–7 business days from dispatch. For non-EU destinations (Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, Serbia, United Arab Emirates, Canary Islands), please allow 3–14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures. A tracking link will be sent once your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive an AfterShip tracking link by email. You can also track your orders through the “My Account” section on the website.

I did not receive an order confirmation email.
Please first check your spam or promotions folder. If you use Gmail, search for “vita-store” in your mailbox. If you still cannot find it, please contact us at hello@vita-store.eu and we will check your order status.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands using standard EU or international shipping services. Depending on the carrier, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Are temperature-sensitive products stored and shipped refrigerated?
Temperature-sensitive probiotics are stored refrigerated. During warmer periods, we use appropriate packaging to help maintain product quality during transit. Manufacturers generally design these products to remain stable under normal shipping conditions. However, certain temperature-sensitive products may not be eligible for return after delivery if proper storage conditions can no longer be guaranteed.

How should I store the products?
Store products in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Temperature-sensitive products should be refrigerated after delivery. Always follow the storage instructions stated on the product label.

How can I return a product?
Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@vita-store.eu before returning any item. Certain temperature-sensitive products may not be eligible for return after delivery if proper storage conditions can no longer be guaranteed. What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 14 days at hello@vita-store.eu. We will provide a replacement or refund free of charge.

Can customs fees apply?
For non-EU shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order.
