All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods:

6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to all EU countries, Switzerland and Serbia. Orders are dispatched on business days with an estimated delivery time of 2–10 days. We use a courier service of our choice. Backorders are shipped at no additional cost.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the product is unopened and sealed.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Products
Please notify us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
BMS Vital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including data, business, or profit loss, or website unavailability.
This does not affect liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory obligations under applicable law.

11. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
