2. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of the Website. By placing an order or using the Website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.
3. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse this Website. Prohibited activities include use for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes; uploading or transmitting malware or harmful code; and violating the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. BMS Vital reserves the right to block or restrict access in the event of a violation.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product. After placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation does not yet constitute final acceptance of the order. The purchase contract is formed once the order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, payment issues, delivery restrictions, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded promptly in such cases.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT applicable in your country of residence where required. Accepted payment methods include Stripe, major credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may be updated at any time.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all EU member states, as well as Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Serbia, the United Arab Emirates and the Canary Islands. Orders are dispatched on business days. Standard delivery takes 3–14 days from dispatch depending on destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders of €99 or more. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or additional clearance fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for checking whether the ordered products may legally be imported into their country of residence.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened and in its original sealed condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@vita-store.eu. Return address: BMS Vital, c/o FulfilmentCrowd, Holtum Noordweg 87, 6121 RE Born, The Netherlands. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer law.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Products
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt if a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.

These Terms are drafted in English. Translations may be provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
