If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unopened and in its original sealed condition. Please contact us first at hello@vita-store.eu before sending anything back.

Return Conditions
Only unopened, sealed products in original condition are eligible for return. Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and product safety reasons. Certain temperature-sensitive or refrigerated products may not be eligible for return once dispatched where resale quality or storage integrity cannot be guaranteed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs may only be refunded where required under applicable consumer law.

Returns sent without prior contact or return authorisation may experience processing delays.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt at hello@vita-store.eu. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost whenever possible. If a replacement is not available or appropriate, a full refund will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer law.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Liability
BMS Vital’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence. You may also submit a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

This Return Policy is provided in English. Translations are available for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
