If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened and sealed. You must contact us first via info@vita-store.eu before sending anything back.
Incorrect deliveries or faulty products will be replaced at no cost. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Please note the following return conditions:
- Only unopened, sealed products in original condition are eligible for return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- Probiotics and any products requiring refrigeration cannot be returned, even if unopened.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for heat-sensitive products that arrive warm.
