Recommended intake

The full effect can only be achieved by taking it correctly

Dissolve 2 - 60 drops in water twice a day around 30 minutes before meals, wait about a minute and take. Start with 2 drops and increase the dose by one more drop each time you take it up to 2 x 60 drops daily.
