Suggested use

Adults: Start with one adult scoop (0.8 g / 224 billion CFU, as stated by the manufacturer) once daily on an empty stomach, approximately 30 minutes before eating. Dissolve in a glass of dechlorinated water. Keep this starting amount for approximately 3–5 days and increase only gradually if needed. Do not exceed four adult scoops per day.

Children: Start with one baby scoop (0.1 g / 25 billion CFU, as stated by the manufacturer) once daily on an empty stomach. Dissolve in water, keep this starting amount for approximately 3–5 days and increase only gradually if needed.

Ingredients and product characteristics

Ingredients: Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR-32, Lactobacillus salivarius LS-33, Bifidobacterium lactis BL-04, Bifidobacterium bifidum Bb-06, Bifidobacterium infantis Bi-26 and Bifidobacterium longum BL-05. According to the manufacturer, the product contains no dairy, sugar, gluten, soy, casein, yeast, artificial colours or flavours, preservatives or FOS, and is non-GMO.

Storage

Keep tightly closed and refrigerated for optimum potency. The manufacturer states that the powder is temperature stable for 2–3 weeks without refrigeration, but refrigeration is preferred for long-term storage.

Very good
I've heard of D lactate free due to food intolérance (histamine, salicylate). I ordered first a sample and noticed a great improvement on the next 2 days. I've now ordered a full sized. I highly recommend. The probiotics are well tolerate (I tried several which I could not take).
