Ubiquinol is one of two interconvertible forms of Coenzyme Q10 found naturally in the body, the other being ubiquinone. NOW Foods manufactures this softgel using the Kaneka Ubiquinol raw material, a widely used commercial source of the reduced CoQ10 form, and combines it with MCT oil derived from coconut and palm kernel sources to aid solubility within the softgel matrix.
Suggested Use
Take 1 softgel daily with a fat-containing meal.
