Cream of Rice – Apple Crumble
Applied Nutrition Cream of Rice provides a convenient and easily digestible complex carbohydrate powder made from high-quality rice. This naturally gluten-free source delivers sustained energy with a smooth texture and pleasant flavour. Each 30 g serving offers 25 g carbohydrates with very low fat and sugar content.
Suggested Use
Add 1 scoop (30 g) to 100–150 ml of boiling water, stir well until a smooth consistency is achieved, and allow to cool slightly before eating. Adjust water for desired thickness. Can also be prepared cold by mixing with hot water and stirring thoroughly.
