Courier and Delivery Time
We ship all orders with a reliable courier service of our choice. Deliveries are made on business days. Within Europe, delivery typically takes between 2 and 5 working days for items in stock, depending on the destination country.
Product Availability and Dispatch Times
If the product is in stock, we dispatch it promptly. If an item is temporarily out of stock — either due to high demand or because it is a less frequently ordered product for which we prioritize long shelf life — we aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 weeks. However, since we receive new shipments weekly, the wait time is often shorter.
If we are unable to restock the item from our supplier within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid. In such cases, you will be informed by email.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order value. You are free to order any quantity that suits your needs.
Shipping Costs
We charge fixed shipping rates, regardless of the order value or weight. After entering your shipping address during checkout, the applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order.
No additional shipping fees will be charged for backorders.
Shipping Countries
We ship to all EU countries, as well as Switzerland and Serbia.
For shipments outside the EU, please note that customs clearance costs and delays may apply. These are determined by local customs authorities, and we have no influence over the duration or charges imposed.
