Applied Nutrition Cream of Rice provides a naturally gluten-free carbohydrate source made from finely milled rice. Suggested Use
Add 1 scoop (30 g) to 100–150 ml of boiling water, stir until a smooth texture is formed, and allow to cool slightly before consuming. Adjust water for desired thickness. Alternatively, mix with hot water for a quick and convenient meal option.
