It is formulated for convenient use in smoothies, coffee or food preparation. Each tablespoon (14 ml) offers a clean, easily absorbed energy source suitable for daily use.
Suggested Use
Take 1 tablespoon (14 ml) daily. Can be used on its own or added to shakes and salads. Do not heat above 120 °C. Begin with 1 teaspoon (5 ml) to assess tolerance and gradually increase the serving size.
