The Very Finest Fish Oil is a liquid omega-3 food supplement made from wild-caught Norwegian fish oil. Each teaspoon provides a concentrated amount of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids in an easy-to-use mixed berry flavoured liquid format.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.
Suggested Use
Adults: take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) once or twice daily at mealtime.
