Orders can be placed directly at vita-store.eu. You are welcome to order any quantity that suits your needs.

Prices and VAT
All product prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. The applicable VAT rate is automatically determined based on your country of delivery in accordance with EU VAT regulations (OSS scheme). VAT rates may vary depending on local regulations and product classification. The exact VAT amount will be clearly shown on your invoice.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country. Free standard shipping is available on all orders of €99 or more. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

Payment
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. We currently accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as bank transfer. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your country.

Invoices
An invoice including full VAT details will be generated automatically and sent by email once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
