Ingredients

Betaine hydrochloride; pepsin (porcine-derived); enzyme blend produced through Aspergillus fermentation (lipase, amylase, protease–peptidase complex with exopeptidase and DPP-IV activity, lactase, phytase); cellulose; vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose [HPMC], water).

Directions

Start with 1 capsule with food. Then take 2 capsules together at the beginning of a meal, or follow the direction of a qualified healthcare professional. The manufacturer advises taking it at least one hour apart from other supplements and medicines.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Keep the container tightly closed.

Important warnings

• Swallow the capsule whole. Do not open it: direct contact with the powder may damage tooth enamel or irritate the mouth and oesophagus.
