6PAK Omega-3 is a food supplement containing fish oil in capsule form. Each daily serving provides fish oil with EPA and DHA, together with vitamin E. The softgel capsule format is designed for convenient daily use.
Suggested Use
Take 3 capsules daily with plenty of water, preferably during or immediately after a meal. The recommended daily dose is 3 capsules.

Constituents
Fish oil [18% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), 12% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)], capsule shell [gelatin, firming agent (glycerol; water)], vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate). The product may contain: milk, soybeans, cereals containing gluten, molluscs and peanuts.
Storage
Store in a dry place, at 15–25°C, in a tightly closed container, out of reach of young children. Protect from light and moisture. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
