3Carbs Carbohydrates Complex Glycogen Loading is a carbohydrate-based food supplement in powder form. The formula combines maltodextrin, dextrose and waxy maize to provide a blend of carbohydrate sources in a neutral-flavoured powder that can be easily mixed with beverages.
Suggested Use
Mix 1–3 servings with 150–300 ml of cold water, juice or a protein shake according to taste. Consume before, during or after intensive exercise. The recommended daily portion is 120 g (3 scoops). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
