Ingredients

Magnesium Silicate (vegetarian), Plant sterols and sterolins, (plant sterols and sterolins are isolated from Pinus maritime and Pinus pinaster).

Directions

Take 3 capsules daily to supplement a healthy varied diet. For best results take one capsule one hour before meals or two hours after, do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
