Iron is most commonly obtained through diet from red meat, legumes and fortified cereals, but some people choose to supplement their intake through capsule or tablet forms such as this one. NOW Foods uses Ferrochel, a patented iron bisglycinate chelate that is combined here with vitamin C, folate, vitamin B-12 and two supporting botanicals, Dong Quai root and red raspberry leaf, in a single vegetarian-coated tablet.
Suggested Use
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
