Kirkman® 5-MTHF with B12 offers a highly absorbable folate (L-5-MTHF-Ca) and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) complex, supporting normal red blood cell formation and reducing tiredness and fatigue. This formula is especially useful for those with MTHFR mutations who cannot properly convert folic acid into active folate. Hypoallergenic and free from common allergens.
