PalmettoGuard® Saw Palmetto/Nettle Root with Beta‑Sitosterol – 160 mg saw palmetto CO₂ extract (providing 136 mg total fatty acids), 45 mg beta‑sitosterol per softgel also includes 120 mg nettle root extract, 1.5 mg boron (as Albion® bororganic glycine) and 400 µg rosemary leaf extract. Suggested Use
