Suggested Use
Take up to 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml; approx. 40 drops) daily, mixed into your beverage of choice at mealtimes. If new to ConcenTrace, start with 10 drops per day and add an additional 10 drops each week until reaching 40 drops per day. If adding to hot food or beverages, add after the heating process. Do not refrigerate.
