Cytoplan Wholefood Multi is a multivitamin and mineral supplement in which minerals are complexed into a base of Brassica oleracea, a cruciferous vegetable from the broccoli family, together with a fruit and vegetable powder blend of carrot, spirulina, alfalfa, artichoke leaf, beetroot, acai berry and acerola. This is a low-iron formula.
