Cytoplan Foundation Formula 1 is a Food State multivitamin and mineral formula, delivering nutrients bound to food co-factors (yeast, citrus pulp, alfalfa) for a form closer to that found in whole foods. It is ideally suited to teenagers and menstruating women, being one of the few Foundation Formula variants that includes iron.
