Suggested Use

Inhalation: Add a few drops to a cotton ball, diffuser, or small pot of boiling water and inhale gently.

Topical: Do not apply undiluted to skin. Blend 1–4 drops with a carrier oil or lotion before applying. Do not exceed 4 drops per use.

Constituents

Organic Abies balsamea (leaf/branch) oil, Organic Lavandula hybrida (whole plant) oil, Organic Salvia officinalis (whole plant) oil.
