Suggested Use
Inhalation: Add a few drops to a cotton ball, soft tissue, diffuser, or a small pot of boiling water and inhale gently.
Topical: Do not apply undiluted to skin. Blend 1–4 drops with a carrier oil or lotion (e.g., avocado, coconut, jojoba, sesame). Do not exceed 4 drops per use.
