Suggested Use
Inhalation: Add a few drops to a cotton ball, soft tissue, diffuser, or a bowl of hot water and inhale gently.
Topical: Dilute 1–4 drops with a carrier oil or unscented lotion (e.g., avocado, jojoba, coconut). Do not exceed 4 drops. Do not apply undiluted directly on skin.
Household Uses:
- Add 10–12 drops to 240 ml (8 oz) of purified water in a spray bottle as a natural air freshener; shake before use.
- Sprinkle ~10 drops on a cloth to freshen linens or towels in the dryer.
- Add a few drops to simmering water to neutralize cooking odors.
