NOW® Glucomannan Pure Powder is a natural soluble dietary fiber derived from the root of Amorphophallus konjac. Each serving provides 2 grams of glucomannan fiber in a pure powder form, without any added ingredients.
Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1/2 level teaspoon (approx. 2 g) daily with at least 250 ml of water, 30–45 minutes before a meal, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Consume immediately after mixing. Adequate fluid intake is essential to avoid risk of choking.
