Osavi Magnesium Citrate + B6 delivers 375 mg of elemental magnesium and 4.2 mg of vitamin B6 (in its active coenzyme form, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) per three-capsule serving. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, functioning of the nervous system, and reduction of tiredness and fatigue (as recognised by EFSA). Suitable for vegans and made without artificial additives.
