HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, tapioca dextrin, sodium alginate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, EnzaStim® (sunflower lecithin and oleic acid), calcium silicate.

Suggested use

Take 1 capsule before the largest meal of the day. If needed, it may also be taken after the meal. The manufacturer lists 2 or more capsules daily as an intensive-use option.

Storage

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is optional and may help maintain enzyme activity during long-term storage.
