Smidge® Kakadu Plum capsules are made from a tiny fruit that is thought to be the world's most abundant natural source of vitamin C. This real food supplement is 100% Australian and hand-harvested in small batches.

The powder is made entirely from the fresh puree of the fruit, which is dehydrated with a gentle drying technique called refractance window drying — a unique method that uses infrared light, rather than high heat, to remove water from food. Suggested use:

Start low and slow: Smidge® supplements are premium, pure and potent. Therefore, it’s critically important to start slowly, with a lower dosage than recommended. For example, a very small dose every other day, or even once a week, until it is determined how the supplement affects the body and what the personal preference is.

Warning: Kakadu plums are high in oxalates, which may be risk factors for kidney stones in people at risk of developing them.

Smidge® makes this supplement from the freshly- picked fruit's flesh. Unlike traditional plums, the taste is tart, not sweet.
