Suggested Use
Take one level 3 ml teaspoonful (approx. 2.3 g) with a small (60 ml) glass of water or juice, stirred well, ideally taken two hours after food and one hour before bedtime. Do not take with food, as this may lessen the effect. Not suitable for children under 8.
