Capsule (gelatine, humectant: glycerol), extra virgin olive oil, medium-chain triglycerides, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), antioxidant (rosemary extracts).

If total vitamin D intake from food and supplements exceeds 50 µg (2,000 IU) daily, consider periodic 25-hydroxyvitamin D blood testing. Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for individuals with high blood calcium levels.
