Aqua (water), magnesium chloride, glycerin, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, phenoxyethanol, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, anthemis nobilis (chamomile) flower oil, ethylhexylglycerin, hydrolyzed jojoba esters, linalool, limonene, geraniol.
Directions:
Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage in well. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.
Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
If your sleep is disrupted, apply 2 – 3 sprays of Magnesium Sleep Body Spray direction to the areas of concern (often the calf or the feet) and massage in.
For severe, restlessness, Magnesium Sleep Body Spray can be combined with Magnesium Flakes and Magnesium Sleep Lotion to build the perfect pre-sleep routine.
Reapply whenever needed.
