Serves 700 mg of calcium (from carbonate, citrate malate, bisglycinate), 25 µg (1 000 IU) vitamin D₃, 200 µg vitamin K₂ (menaquinone‑7), plus 300 mg magnesium, 2 mg zinc, 1 mg manganese, 5 mg silicon (from horsetail extract), and 3 mg boron (as patented Fruitex B® OsteoBoron®) per serving (4 capsules). Suggested Use
