  • Single-strain powder: Lactobacillus casei LC-11
  • Free from dairy, sugar, gluten, soy, casein, yeast, artificial colours and flavours, preservatives, FOS and GMOs.

Directions for use

Adults: Start with one adult scoop (approximately 0.8 g) once daily on an empty stomach, about 30 minutes before food, mixed into dechlorinated water. Keep this starting amount for 3–5 days, then increase gradually only if needed.

Children: Start with one baby scoop (approximately 0.1 g) once daily on an empty stomach, mixed into water. Keep this starting amount for 3–5 days, then increase gradually only if needed.

Storage

Keep tightly closed and refrigerated for optimum potency. According to the manufacturer, the powder can remain unrefrigerated for 2–3 weeks during travel.
