Applied Nutrition Marine Collagen Stick is a quick-dissolving collagen powder designed for convenience and flavour. Each stick provides 10 g of hydrolysed marine collagen peptides and 500 mg of vitamin C per serving. This ready-to-mix formula supports the daily intake of collagen and vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation and normal function of skin and cartilage.
Suggested Use
Mix one stick (12 g) with 200–250 ml of cold water and consume immediately. Take once daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
