No Minimum Order Value
We do not require a minimum order amount. You are welcome to order any quantity that suits your needs.
Prices and VAT
All product prices shown on our website include Dutch VAT (9% for food supplements, 21% for other applicable items such as shipping or accessories). Final VAT charges are automatically adjusted based on the country of delivery, in accordance with EU tax regulations.
The applicable VAT rate will be clearly displayed on your order invoice.
Fixed Delivery Rates
Our shipping fees are fixed, regardless of order value or weight. For current shipping rates, please refer to our Shipping Information page.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in advance. Your order will be processed after we receive the payment in full.
The following payment methods are currently accepted:

Invoices and Billing
After your order has been confirmed and payment is received, an invoice including VAT details will be generated automatically and sent to you by email.
