Cream of Rice – Apple Crumble
Applied Nutrition Cream of Rice is a gluten-free, finely milled rice-based carbohydrate powder designed for smooth texture and easy digestion. Perfect as a meal base or energy source, it provides complex carbohydrates with very low fat and sugar. Each 30 g scoop offers 104 kcal and 25 g carbohydrates.
Suggested Use
Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 100–150 ml boiling water, stir until smooth, and allow to cool slightly before consuming. Adjust water to achieve preferred consistency. May also be prepared by adding hot water and stirring thoroughly.
