100% Pure Whey – 1000 g is a whey protein drink powder by BioTechUSA combining whey protein concentrate and isolate with added amino acids (BCAAs, L-glutamine, L-arginine), lactase enzyme and sweetener. It provides a high-protein formula with low sugar when prepared with water.
Suggested Use
Mix 1 serving (28 g = 2 heaped tablespoons) powder with 250 ml water in a shaker. On training days, consume 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between meals. On rest days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
