Each 9 g serving delivers 6 g branched-chain amino acids and 0.7 g L-glutamine in a sugar-free ready-to-drink formula when prepared with water, and is gluten-free according to EU regulation.
Suggested Use
Recommended use: Mix a serving (9 g = 2 scoops = 1 tablespoon) in 300 ml of water using a shaker bottle. Consume 15 minutes before workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
