Jarrow Formulas® Vitamin D3 2500 IU is a dietary supplement providing cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), the form naturally synthesized in the skin via sun exposure. Vitamin D3 is converted in the body to calcitriol, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth, calcium absorption, phosphorus metabolism, and normal immune function.*

No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts, or sesame.

Suggested Use

Adults take 1 softgel daily with a fat‑containing meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Individuals consuming more than 50 µg (2 000 IU) per day of vitamin D should periodically have serum 25‑hydroxy vitamin D measured. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Consult a healthcare professional before using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 years old, have kidney stones or dysfunction, hyperparathyroidism, hypercalcemia, lymphoma, sarcoidosis, or are taking medication. Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.
