Suggested Use
Adults take 1 softgel daily with a fat‑containing meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Individuals consuming more than 50 µg (2 000 IU) per day of vitamin D should periodically have serum 25‑hydroxy vitamin D measured. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Consult a healthcare professional before using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 years old, have kidney stones or dysfunction, hyperparathyroidism, hypercalcemia, lymphoma, sarcoidosis, or are taking medication.
