Suggested Use

Take 1 or 2 capsules daily. When taking antibiotics, separate TruFlora and the antibiotic by 3 hours.

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is not required.

Allergen Information

The manufacturer identifies the product as GMO-free, vegan, nut-free, soy-free and dairy-free. It contains no milk, eggs, wheat, soy, casein, nuts, seafood or beef-derived ingredients. The manufacturer no longer describes TruFlora as gluten-free because gluten was present in the original enzyme fermentations, regardless of current testing results.
