Natural Vitality CALM® Plus Calcium Powder provides a balanced combination of magnesium, calcium, and vitamin D3 in a refreshing raspberry-lemon flavor. This formula is designed as a pH-balanced ionic magnesium citrate drink mix, free from gluten, sugar, and artificial colors.
Suggested Use
Individual needs may vary. Start out with approximately 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) daily and gradually increase to approximately 3 teaspoons (7.5 g) daily. For best results, divide the daily amount into 2 or 3 portions per day, taken with or without food.
For Fastest Preparation
Place powder in a glass or mug; add approx. 2–3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also add Natural Vitality CALM® Plus Calcium to a glass or bottle of cold water.
