Fish oil (from European anchovies), flaxseed oil, sunflower seed oil, capsule shell (gelatin), humectant: glycerol; water, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) derived from Bacillus subtilis natto.
